Here is our open requirement with our direct client which can be filled immediately.

Tittle : Contract Development Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration : 3 Months

We currently need contractor to assist with contract reviews for at least 25 suppliers. This person will partner with HM, Marketing and legal to amend MSA's and SOWs that are identified by procurement.

Responsibilities includes ;
Ensure contracts within digital marketing IS/IT Space have full scope of work and assess contracts with legal.
2nd Part of the project is the security piece and ensuring proper security protocol.

Must have strong IS or IT Procurement/contract review and support experience
Seven to ten years experience with complex pricing structures, deliverable based agreements involving third parties, technology and services is required.
Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume and intense work
Strong negotiation skills for example confidential information, indemnification, liability, privacy, personally identifiable information, proprietary rights and security.
Must be knowledgeable on Technical and Service based contracts for example: SLAs, SLCs, and CTQs
Project management methodologies and tools with prior exposure to project management practices with an ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals is required.
Experience developing and implementing contract processes
Experience rolling out technical projects
Contract review in IS/IT space is a MUST. This person needs to know what goes in a IS or IT contract and how to identify risks or gaps within the contract. This person must also review contracts that will auto renew.
Must be able to partner with legal team and understand the legal dialogue
This person must also be able to partner with ENG/IS to get correct security protocols. Must be knowledgeable of Security practices as well like Encryption and pen testing.

The Contract Manufacturing Manager will report up to the Vice President of Manufacturing and is responsible for supporting managing multiple co-manufacturing facilities. Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Work closely with the Quality, R&amp;D, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance Teams.
