D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will direct activities concerned with contracts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general clerical assistance
Prepare presentations, special reports, memoranda, word processing.
Compose letters and routine correspondence.
Responsible for reception and telephone duties, including signing for packages
May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements
Responsible for sorting mail
Upload, process and maintain all sales contracts
Coordinate closing schedule and distribute
Process and distribute all amendments
Upload and process terminations/cancellations
Print and maintain Houses-in-Progress report
Process all earnest money and option money
Negotiate contract terms
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma orgeneral education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
