Position Title: Contract Coordination Administration

Job Purpose:

Responsible for verification of CRR and POs, and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package in Oracle. Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy.

Education and Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of Oracle related experience

  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • . Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures

  • Detail oriented, organized

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.

We are currently seeking an experienced CBRN Analyst to join our team. Job Overview: The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency Response Directorate, Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Office requires support for the initiatives that require subject matter experts (SME) and technical support for programs and projects. This will include focusing on all facets of CBRN planning and response, establishing standards, guidance, and planning factors to support a national effort to cohesively integrate federal, state and local planning and operations for a significant CBRN incident. This effort will also include preparatory consequence management prior to an incident occurring under the PPD-25 framework. This support is envisioned to be both programmatic and technical in nature. Provide CBRN technical assistance and support to the FEMA CBRN Office in researching, developing, managing, advising and sustaining the Agency's CBRN risk-based strategies, plans, policies, best practices, and guidelines as well as building unique CBRN capabilities necessary to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, or mitigate against the risks of CBRN incidents posing the greatest risks to the Nation. Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide the following program management, technical and planning support to the Consequence Management Coordination (CMCU) Program. * Provide program management oversight and support. * Develop PowerPoint Presentations such as Intelligence and Analysis Briefs and point papers. * Schedule and attend meetings and working groups with stakeholders such as agency partners and departments. * Take meeting notes or minutes to collect due outs. Focus collection efforts on After Action Reports (AARs). * Recommend follow-up meetings to resolve due outs. * Prepare meeting and working group materials such as agendas, read-aheads, tasks, pre-briefs, briefs, talking points, and estimates. Develop controller and evaluator exercise guidance. * Update the CMCU doctrine such as handbooks, guides, job aids, position descriptions, program and training and exercise plans as directed. * Propose doctrine updates as needed. * Collect up to 20 exercise player comments from participants following exercises. Expect up to six exercises per year. * Produce exercise findings within 1 week of exercise completion. * Develop solutions to program gaps. * Staff solutions for concurrence as directed. * Update crisis decision aids with decision points, references, authorities, coordination structures, and response timelines. * Develop staff synchronization template. * Review orders received by the agency to identify essential, specified, and implied tasks. * Update a CMCU five-year training and exercise plan that progressively stresses the team to build capabilities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related work experience * Two (2) years of related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree * This position requires the candidate must have a minimum of TS/SCI security clearance.
