We are seeking a full time Clinical Contract Compliance Coordinator Pricing Analyst in our Supply Chain department at Aspirus Corporate in Wausau, Wisconsin. This will include:
Monitoring price discrepancies for contracted supplies for the Aspirus system to avoid negatively affective payables by delays in payment resulting in lost discounts and late fees.
Resolve pricing discrepancies and proactively work with suppliers to prevent future price variances
Supporting the Sourcing team by identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies for supplies.
Working with Item Masters to add or adjust items in Lawson
Performing cost analysis for products to show value/savings
Monitoring New Item Spreadsheets to determine if products being ordered are on contract with the correct pricing
Preparing templates for contract uploads to Lawson and Vizient
Run reports to obtain usage and price discrepancies
Develop good working relationships with sales representatives
Utilizes Supply Chain benchmark tools to identify best pricing for supplies and services
Knowledgeable in the fields of purchasing and accounting acquired through the completion of an Associate Degree in Business, Accounting or healthcare; or 5 years' experience in the purchasing environment or clinical setting.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or accounting with five years' experience in a purchasing or clinical environment with accounting procedures beneficial.
Clinical experience with knowledge in commodity, clinical preference and physician preference supplies preferred.
