Contract Communications Project Manager

Project • Project Manager Lead (2024 Q2-Q4)

o Serve on web platform development project team as Project Management Manager Lead with Agency Partner; Manage day-to-day PM activities to (timeline & ensure a timely delivery with responsibilities including: milestones)

Facilitate all project-related meeting scheduling, agenda

• Weekly Project development, meeting notes, action item tracking, etc. Status Agendas

Schedule and lead weekly internal meetings as necessary to review

• Weekly Internal project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with Meeting Agendas timeline and milestones & Meeting

Prepare weekly project status updates including timeline view, Minutes milestone status, upcoming deliverables

• Discovery Call

• Discovery Phase (2024 Q2) Agendas o Coordinate discovery calls with designated internal stakeholders across MI, Title and IT.

• Discussion Guide

o Coordinate the reviews of technology requirements and technical & Minutes infrastructure specifications between internal stakeholders and agency partner

• Technology Requirements & • Wireframe/Design Phase (2024 Q2-Q3) Specifications

o Contribute a digital perspective to wireframe and design development process

• Internal Review

o Coordinate internal reviews sessions; capture group input; package Essent Session Agendas feedback to agency partner and manage back and forth update process

o Initiate final circ and approval process for final wireframe and design

• Consolidated protype Group Input Documentation

Content Development Phase (2024 Q2-Q3)

o With input from project team and business stakeholders, develop

• Content Needs comprehensive content needs analysis for web platform build Analysis

o Manage content creation and review process with internal stakeholders, Documentation agency partners and compliance, including:

Submit Workfront requests and create web content Proofs for Final Content stakeholder reviews Package

Coordinate content feedback between Essent and agency partner Documentation

Manage delivery of final content package to agency partner

Q/C programmed content against final approved content deck

• Test Script

Development Site Build & Q/C Phase: (2024 Q3-Q4) Documentation o Perform extensive front-end testing on development version of new web platform; • Bug Remediation Develop and share testing scripts with project team & Documentation Facilitate bug reporting between project stakeholders and agency partner Identify, document and track remediation of all bugs to position site for launch • Launch (2024 Q4) • Post Launch Test o Perform extensive post-launch site testing on essent.us; Script Identify document and track unforeseen bugs or issues with project Development team • Bug Remediation Coordinate bug reporting with agency partner to be addressed & Documentation within 30-day post launch warranty period Contribute to regression testing Services to be Provided
