Responsibilities:

Dealership Accountant I is an entry level position that ensures timely, accurate and consistent recording of dealership transactions. This is a traditional accounting role that manages transactional posting of dealership activities. Accounting acumen is required. High performers will build upon their accounting & financial acumen while also building relationship and influential leadership skills. This will serve them well on a path to an Accounting Manager Role or if coupled with Automotive and Business acumen on the path to a Business Manager.

  • New & Used Retail Car Deals

  • Posting Deals, Submitting Service & Warranty Contracts

  • Wholesale Sales & Used Car Purchases

  • Recording of vehicle sales, Request & process lien payoffs

  • Dealership AP/AR

  • Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoices

  • Collection of dealership AR balances

  • Refunds: 8300, Warranty Cancellations

  • Regional check runs

  • General Dealership Accounting

  • FTC, RDR, Rebate & Bank Reconciliations

  • Schedule reviews and maintenance

  • Accounting for manufacturer monies

  • Balance Intercompany

  • Sales Tax

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping Certification, Associates Degree in Accounting or 2 years commensurate experience (required)

  • Auto Industry Experience (required)

  • Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)

  • A critical thinker and effective time manager

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Hiring Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

We are seeking a Project Manager - Contract Implementations to work with a diverse team of caregivers in both acute and non-acute care setting, this position provides strong leadership an organizational skills in the development and execution of project plans that will drive the implementation and conversion of both clinical and non-clinical goods and services as contracted by Supply Chain Management for the entire system. Responsible for the development of both simple and complex project plans and timelines to assure swift conversion or implementation of contracts. Projects can last from a few weeks to a year of more and generally have values exceeding $1,000,000 per project. Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Preferred job location is Renton, WA. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: * Works with the Director of Contract Implementations to establish goals and objectives and develop tools and process for the implementation team that will meet Supply Chain Management targets for cost savings, timelines, education, communication, and other requirements of specific contract implementations. * Works both independently and as a team on specific implementation projects. * Develop complete, clear, and specific implementation plans with key stake holders. Such plan can include development of project scope, charters, priorities, stake holder roles, budgets, schedules, risk planning, equipment, and additional staffing needed to successfully implement the contract. * Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and meeting the time lines for assigned projects. * Coordinates closely with Regional VA Program Managers, and the Director of Clinical Value Analysis, and Director of Supply Chain Sourcing, in the administration and coordination of system-wide contract implementation planning and execution. * Demonstrate effective interactions and positive interpersonal skills in dealing with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, respiratory therapists, imaging, lab, environmental services, BioMed/Clinical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, finance, resource councils and ad hoc teams, and other healthcare personnel. Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree – or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible complex project management roles in a comparable organization. Preferred qualifications for this position include: * 2 years' post-certification work experience as a project manager, * Six Sigma Black Belt, or Toyota Production System (TPS) leader, or equivalent education in project management or process improvement may be considered in lieu of a formal bachelor's degree. * Work in supply chain management, or a medical field. * Certification as a Project Manager * Licensed as a healthcare professional (e.g. Nurse, pharmacist, lab tech, respiratory therapist, etc) or medical certification or training.
