Koch Energy Services, LLC is seeking a motivated and self-driven Contract Analyst to join the team!

Our Team

This role will report to the Director of Scheduling and Operations and be based in Wichita, KS, with a hybrid work environment (ability to work remote 2 days/week) with on-call rotation for evenings, weekends and holidays from home.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and verify contract terms, conditions, and clauses ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

• Connect to business strategies and to Profit and Loss reporting.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends while exploring new tools to boost the overall efficiency and innovation of contract processes.

• Analyze, identify risks, and provide technical direction for current and future applications and services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

• Collaborate with a variety of business professionals from multiple departments such as Trading, Origination, Scheduling, Finance, Credit, Accounting, Risk and Legal to ensure we capture intent of Commercial agreements and mitigate risk appropriately.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Customer Service experience

• Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas), and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence) (academic or professional)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in an Energy or Commodity based business

• Experience with trade capture and risk management systems

• Experience with building relationships to become the preferred partner of customers
