We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst with the ability to multitask. The Contracts Analyst will manage and upload rebate contracts, request rebate contracts from vendors, and respond to emails in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Request contracts from vendors.

  • Request and update renewal contracts for those due to expire.

  • Follow up with vendors regarding rebate contract requests.

  • Upload rebate contracts with attention to detail.

  • Register end users with the vendor and within our S2K system.

  • Review Network notices of contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors.

  • Review Buyers Edge contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors.

  • Review reports to maximize rebate dollars

  • Review reports for missing or incorrect rebate costs and making the proper adjustments

  • Reconce rebate denial reports and making the proper adjustments

Qualifications

You have:

  • A College Degree

  • 1-3 years of similar work experience

  • Basic math skills

  • Microsoft office experience, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

Salary: $50,000 - 60,000

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
