Help the Company meet its revenue objectives through execution of Pricing and Contract Strategy. Drive, adapt, analyze, report and own implementation of Pricing and Contract Strategy through work with internal and external stakeholders, and customers alike.

Responsibilities (fundamental job duties): 1.Drive execution of Pricing and Contract Strategy through close collaboration with Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Global Partners. 2.Work with Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales and Global Partners to construct agreements for customers, rooted in data analysis, which deliver increased volume or price, while ensuring price and price structures are consistent with Pricing and Contract Strategy; work with customers, as necessary, to negotiate pricing and contracts in support of Field Sales, Inside Sales and Global Partners. 3.Provide Pre-Sales internal contract support & guidance to Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Global Partners, including proactive navigation and identification of contract and pricing opportunities, within the parameters of the Pricing and Contract Strategy 4.Collaborate with cross functional teams to convert existing pricing arrangements to signed agreements. Redefine and implement quote content and process. 5.Handle creation and administration of contracts, including comprehensive review or creation from approved templates. 6.Coordinate with legal and contract compliance teams on contract submission, revisions, and changes in approach or requirements. Ensure proper communication, awareness and alignment among Halyard Corporate Contracts Team (where necessary) 7.Analyze and monitor customer adherence to contract parameters, working with Field and Inside sales to apprise customer and work toward corrective action.

Perform structured and ad hoc analysis related to pricing and contracts as needed. 8.Maintain reporting and analysis of global contract and pricing efforts, measuring effectiveness of programs, and participate in development of course correction as needed 9.Ensure all approved requests have been properly documented in accordance to Sales Operations processes, escalated to the appropriate approval level, and resolved within committee, if necessary 10.Assist Field Sales, Inside Sales and Global Partners in addressing customer satisfaction inquires related to contracts/invoices and product issues. 11.Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to Field Sales, Inside Sales and Global Partners. Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Experience:4-6 years experience in contract negotiation and/or sales analytics. Experience in medical device space considered a plus.

Skills:Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and oral communication skills, as well as analytical ability. Strong leadership and decision making ability. Self-driven and motivated.

Ability to work as a team player and follow company policy, procedures, and strategy. Ability to work under pressure, focus on resolving conflicts, and be persuasive. Innovative and resourceful. Specialized

Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

This position reports to the Pricing and Spend Manager and has primary responsibility to analyze, track and process vendor price changes, perform spend analysis on key cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to control and optimize material expenditures. The analyst also ensures vendor pricing and customer pricing is accurately represented in all systems to customer orders and purchase orders are accurate. Your Impact * Manage supplier price change analysis from start to finish including data analysis, review of special pricing, contract pricing, and historical price changes to determine the impact on the enterprise. Also, provides timely implementation and documentation of the price change. * Understand and be comfortable working with a complex price matrix system (Trend/Infor preferred) and ability to manipulate data in order to implement and resolve marketing requests or customer related pricing requests. * Ensure pricing in the system is accurate through reporting and other tools to monitor procurement costs and customer prices. Maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all pricing activities and establish customer confidence. * Resolve invoice discrepancies by trouble shooting reasons for exceptions and take proper actions to eliminate reoccurrences. Handle in timely fashion in order to take advantage of early pay discounts and facilitate timely payments. * Create records in computer system for all new products. Obtain proper authorization and supporting documentation for Hanger Clinics to purchase. * Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are maintained as processes change and new ones are added. * Create promotional part numbers & coordinate with all functional teams involved and track and report on sales generated upon completion of promotion. * Perform research and sourcing projects as assigned by Manager.
