This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiation a search for a Full-Time Contract Administrator. This position will a Remote-Focused role and thus can be based near any of WSP USA's Main North American Offices. While remote, occasional visitation to a WSP Office will be expected of this role.

Successful candidate shall work closely with legal and project management teams to prepare and, facilitate review, approval, and execution of various types of service agreements including client contracts and subcontracts. Liaise regularly with external parties and internal business units.

Your Impact

  • Work directly with project teams on subcontract development, template selection and use, compensation types, modifications, insurance requirements, and guide them through the overall subcontracting process.

  • Review client contract requirements, work scope, and assist with incorporation into subcontracts, teaming agreements, and other contractual instruments.

  • Prepare, and facilitate review and approval of template-based subcontracts, teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, task orders, and other subcontracting instruments including terms and conditions, scope, schedule, and compensation.

  • Facilitate review, execution, and distribution of client contracts.

  • Organize and maintain contract and subcontract records and files.

  • Work with legal, project teams, and subcontractors to facilitate requested contract and subcontract modifications.

  • Assure subcontract creation and execution is in compliance with Company policies and client requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to meet evolving business needs.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or other relevant discipline.

  • 3-5 years of contract or subcontract administration or, equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with commercial, federal, state, or local government contracting, and practices.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented.

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, virtual team environment.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Acrobat Pro DC.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or professional services.
  • NCMA or Paralegal certification.
