Under the guidance of the Manager of Development Transactions (MDT) & Senior Transaction Manager (STM), the Franchise Transaction Manager (FTM) is responsible for the administrative coordination and support of the Franchisee On-boarding process. The FTM will work and lead cross functional teams through the integration process. FTM must demonstrate a strong level of commitment towards delivering accurate, timely & consistent results. Duties can include but are not limited to; coordinating with MDT & STM to identify transaction type (New Construction, Conversion, Transfers), determine resources required, support/manage project timeline, identify and manage communication with all key stakeholders, track and report progress of on-boarding process, and assist in procuring of required documents per transaction. This position requires a self-starting, detail-oriented individual with strong planning, time management and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend cross functional project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, sending out relevant updates, etc.

  • Process flow compliance/discipline (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Successfully complete new-store transactions within FY 2018 budgeted parameters

  • Successfully complete all-store transactions within FY 2018 budgeted parameters

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

  • Identify project issues and work with internal teams on resolution

  • Assists in preparation of timeline for completing projects and establishing milestones

  • Work with subject matter experts (SME) to determine the appropriate resources needed for transaction type

  • Conduct/participate on weekly calls with Franchisee and PM throughout on-boarding lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Proficient in all MS Office tools

  • Nimble, and able to react quickly to changing business needs.

  • Ability to facilitate discussion and drive consensus

  • Capability to work effectively independently as well as in cross-functional teams

  • Project management experience

  • Strong and persistent drive to deliver positive results

  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or project management
