As Contract Admin, you will provide value to the customer by making sure the plans and specifications are value engineered, researched and aligned with the owner's expectations so that the project will operate effectively and in alignment with the budget.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Solicit and qualify consultant agreements.
  • Set and maintain schedule for design development through permit issuance
  • Attend meetings for architectural design and to gather specification insight from owner
  • Review/Analyze plans and consultant exhibits to verify constructability/cross check and provide feedback
  • Prepare and/or conduct calculations for utility design
  • Attend meetings with consultants to align work with others and the plans
  • Soliciting and qualifying consultant request for pricing
  • Conduct and/or supervise investigational work on the site/at the house
  • Create Description of work, Contracts and other general administrative needs
  • Assemble cut sheets and/or any other information for field operations
  • Research product information for educating the client for decision making
  • Create Scope of work and Specification documents
  • Submit Request for Pricing
  • Qualify and track Bids
  • Assemble line-item budget
  • Coordination of Client/Designer and Client/Trade partner (supplier) meetings
  • Keep client informed, and confirm they are consistently satisfied with the process
