Olin Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, a division of Olin Corporation, has an opening for a Contract Administrator, located in Freeport, TX. The Contract Administrator role will assist Business Service Contract Managers in day-to-day contract management activities for the Freeport site, including Site Services, Energy Services, Technical Services, Business Services, and Product Services. They will also be responsible for communicating with Olin Business Services Team and Olin Finance Specialists within Controllers and Contract and Administration Compliance (CADCOM) regarding accuracy of invoice back-up data for Freeport contracts.

Review monthly invoice back-up data (Service Delivery Forms) for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Review monthly utility reports to verify invoice quantity accuracy on Service Delivery Forms and resolve discrepancies, and maintain monthly utility database for contract manager review
Update annual utility forecasts and accurately calculate and index capacity fees
Prepare Annual Volume Notice for Freeport environmental and site logistics volumes and submit notice by deadline
Manage monthly maximum quantity exceedance request process in order to avoid financial penalties
Update Service Guidelines to ensure accuracy of contract requirements, processes, and contacts
Manage contract action trigger point database to ensure all requirements are met by deadlines defines in the contracts
Create purchase orders for capital real estate projects
Create customer identification numbers in order to invoice for services when new contracts are negotiated
Provide copies of contract language as requested by Olin Service Providers and Service Recipients
Calculate monthly maintenance charges for ground water assets maintained by Olin to ensure proper invoicing
Create spending reports throughout capital real estate projects and verify accuracy of charges
Pull SAP spending data for charges incurred by Olin for pay meter installations and verifications to ensure proper invoicing
Communicate and report spending and invoiced charges to Olin focal points
Lead the Olin monthly wastewater reporting process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Lead Olin metric process and drive improvements in service delivery
Maintain alteration request tracking spreadsheet to ensure timely reviews and responses
Calculate quarterly propylene purification system operating and maintenance invoice fees
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree* in Accounting or related discipline preferred
4 years of accounting and contract management experience
Ability to work independently and with teams across all levels of the company
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with multiple functions and companies
Legal knowledge of contracts
Excellent Communication Skills- verbal and written
Knowledge of finance, invoicing, and purchase order creation
Proficient to advanced skills in SAP, Excel, and Word
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university.
