Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Philadelphia office! This is an on-site role located at 50 South 16th Street, Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex issues
Review, negotiate, and help resolve contracts for both public and private sector clients
Organize and manage contract activities that result in clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issues
Coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviews
Qualifications
1+ years experience in a related role
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates preferred)
Knowledge related to reviewing and resolving contracts
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal and external client service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent follow through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel occasionally to coordinate with corporate counsel and to attend in-house training programs
Ability and desire to partner with diverse and dynamic leadership and teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
