Position focuses on organizing and administering project correspondence and contract documentation
Create and maintain the contract management files
Research the terms of the Contracts and develop a checklist of deliverables
Mange deliverables securing timely compliance
Create and update logs for invoices and payments,
Secure invoice reviews by appropriate Project representatives
Enter and track procurement approvals in the Airports Authority's ERP Oracle database
Administer changes, preparing concise statements of work, justification memos, and records of negotiation for Change Orders
Prepare correspondence for signature of others as required to administer contracts
Perform contract closeout and upload to the Project database
Higher education degree is preferred
A minimum of two years of on contract or construction administration related experience is required
Proficiency in English reading and writing is required
Ability to routinely and efficiently use Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and Microsoft Outlook.
