Our team in Military Aftermarket looking for a Contract Administrator to join them. You will report to the Process Manager of Contracts Administration and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY, requiring at least three days per week onsite.

Minimum Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Ensure integrity of Moog's contractual performance
Perform customer interaction in a professional, credible manner, to enhance Moog's opportunity for continued and increased business
Be Moog's dedicated contact for the customer on assigned programs
Review purchase orders with appropriate Moog disciplines to insure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog's proposal
Assist other departments on the preparation of follow on proposals
Maintain current and accurate contract files including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders
If you have experience with the following, it is a plus:
Intellectual property rights
Interpretation of Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency regulations
FAR/DFARs
Federal procurement procedures
Cost Accounting Standards
Progress payments and milestone payments
CPFF, CPIF, FFP (with economic adjustments), FFP (redetermination), FFP, Time and Material, Contracts International Traffic in Arms Regulations
Contract law, commercial and government; completion of a course in business law or contract law

Salary Range:
The base pay range for this opportunity is $60,750 - $85,000 per year
This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
