Our team in Military Aftermarket looking for a Contract Administrator to join them. You will report to the Process Manager of Contracts Administration and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY, requiring at least three days per week onsite.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Legal, Contract Administration, Production Control, or Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure integrity of Moog's contractual performance

  • Perform customer interaction in a professional, credible manner, to enhance Moog's opportunity for continued and increased business

  • Be Moog's dedicated contact for the customer on assigned programs

  • Review purchase orders with appropriate Moog disciplines to insure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog's proposal

  • Assist other departments on the preparation of follow on proposals

  • Maintain current and accurate contract files including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders

If you have experience with the following, it is a plus:

  • Intellectual property rights

  • Interpretation of Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency regulations

  • FAR/DFARs

  • Federal procurement procedures

  • Cost Accounting Standards

  • Progress payments and milestone payments

  • CPFF, CPIF, FFP (with economic adjustments), FFP (redetermination), FFP, Time and Material, Contracts International Traffic in Arms Regulations

  • Contract law, commercial and government; completion of a course in business law or contract law

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this opportunity is $60,750 - $85,000 per year

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
