The Contract Administrator is a member of HCSGs Contract Administration team, working within HCSG's Financial Services Group, and will be involved with all aspects of HCSG's contract process with its clients, with duties including the negotiation, drafting and revising of new service agreements as well as maintenance and renewal of existing service agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of process related to the execution of HCSG's service agreements and other related documents with its clients

  • Ensuring seamless coordination of the sales process and the contract process utilizing SalesForce.

  • Coordinating with sales directors to prepare and modify contracts and all ancillary documents.

  • Monitoring requested changes to contracts and coordinating appropriate approvals for such changes.

  • Ensuring proper execution of all documents and transition to accounts receivable and financial services teams.

  • Direct interaction with clients and sales team to negotiate terms and conditions, including payment terms and indemnification provisions.

  • Enforcement of contract execution process in accordance with company policy.

  • Provide support in collections and contract enforcement efforts including litigation and bankruptcy.

  • The position is also integral to the ongoing effort to achieve best practices in the current contract administration process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; J.D. or paralegal background a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce (Apttus) or other Contract Lifecycle Management tools a plus.

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented and possess very strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to negotiate with clients.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of the Contracts Administration team, the Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for reviewing, confirming, and reporting compliance with process or procedure requirements as it relates to the Contract Administration function. The QA Administrator will be integral in developing and continually improving the current contract administration process. Responsibilities * Responsible for accurate maintenance of all agreement records in contract management database (SalesForce/Apttus). * Coordinate with Contract Administrators to ensure all data is accurate and proper approvals were received for all contract adjustments. * Responsible for ensuring all proper documentation is attached to completed agreements, proper status of all agreements, and all data related to the agreements is accurate. * Responsible for coordinating with Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams to ensure proper set up of all new accounts. * Development and enforcement of audit controls, as well as reporting tools and metrics as necessary. * Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide all necessary documentation. * Assistance in Contract Administration process as necessary.
