Summary

About the Position: Defense Contract Management Agency uses the Expedited Hiring Authority to recruit and appoint qualified individuals directly into shortage category or critical need acquisition positions.
Responsibilities

Reviews new contracts to assure all necessary clauses have been included.DUTIES ONLY
Resolves delivery schedule problems with contractor and buying activity, and negotiates delivery schedule changes.
Attends meetings with contractor and buying activity contract administration and/or technical personnel to monitor status of contract and to resolve questions that arise during the course of the contract.
Receives requests from procuring activities for specific services and/or products specified under BOAs, or by provisioning and spare parts clauses of contracts.
Performs final closeout of assigned contracts; e.g., assures delivery, inspection and acceptance of contractual end items and that all administrative and reporting actions have been resolved before recommending final closeout of the contract.

Occasional travel - Business Travel is required 5% of the time.

To qualify for GS-11, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-09 . Specialized experience is defined as: Experience performing a variety of contract administration duties to include: monitoring canceled funds, performing reconciliation and maintaining database integrity, monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract requirement; experience performing both contract receipt and contract closeout.

Education can be substituted for experience.

BASIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees AND at least 24 semester hours in any

quantitative methods, or organization and management. (This requirement can be obtained within the degree or in addition to the degree).

Credit Management Division System Administrator GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Bank's Electronic Loan Workflow (ELW) System to be administered for the entire bank within the Credit Management Division. This includes proper strategic planning to meet short and long-term needs. * Determine if segregation of duties, regulatory compliance and policies and procedures are being enforced with proper risk management controls. * Coordinate the revision of existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling and storage. * Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
