This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure contract compliance and effective order management. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and management teams on contract review and administration for both new and existing products. Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling order reviews, entries, and updates while ensuring exceptional service.

Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and proposals (RFPs), providing pricing and delivery information. Monitor and analyze long-term contracts and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with terms. Communicate with internal teams to expedite production and delivery.

Maintain routine follow-ups with customers and support regular collaboration sessions. Resolve credit and billing issues with the accounting team. Manage account ownership, ensuring accuracy in backlog and forecasts.

Qualifications: 5 years in Contracts Administration; experience in commercial aerospace or defense is a plus. Preferred experience in sales order desk or marketing, with knowledge of MRP systems. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; understanding of business and accounting principles is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay range and compensation package: $75K to $110K
