What You Will Do

As an Associate with St John Health System, you will have the opportunity to lead the operations of contract administration for contracts within a specific location or region.

You Will:

  • Oversee the quality of contract data within the contract management system.

  • Develop and conduct contract management system and process training.

  • Review legal documents including notices, pleadings and correspondence and manage calendar of corresponding due dates/deadlines.

  • Provide consultation on contract interpretation, contractual risk identification, and contractual savings opportunities.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • Diploma

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of Customer Service experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required. 4 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

We pride ourselves on being the best Finance team in the business and you can be part of it, helping to keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork. * Coordinating Accounts Payable (AP) systems and staff support of AP processes in all systems utilized by the Corporate Card and Employee Business Expense Team. * Acting as overall AP SME (Subject Matter Expert) and SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Corporate Card processes and systems. * Managing and acting as liaison with Corporate Card suppliers. * Resolving escalations and issues related to Corporate Card accounts and payments. * Supporting Corporate Card expansion efforts, including new programs and systems integration. * Managing large transfers of cards between multiple business units, leading process redesign initiatives, and performing analytical audits on Corporate Card programs and accounts. * Leading and managing projects and support for large and medium size projects within AP. * Coordinating and managing system testing and new initiatives. * Working closely with Accounts Payable management/staff and other departments in support of time bound processes. * Evaluating current processes and seeking ways to automate further. * Coordinating, documenting and communicating enhancements to internal and external functional users. Even better if you have: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics. * Knowledge of accounting fundamentals. * Accounts payable and/or general ledger experience. * Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft or Concur. * Experience using Microsoft Access.
