SUMMARY OF ROLE

SunPower is seeking for an Contract Admin, this position will be responsible for completing a broad range of operational duties within Portfolio operations manage day to day incoming mail, phone calls, interact with Secretary of State office, County Registrar's office. Customer service orientation for assisting internal and external customers to manage through routine portfolio management or concerns with ability to resolve common problems consistent with standard practices and responding timely to all inquiries and requests. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to listen to others, interpret and convey information, prepare reports and provide a foundation for open communication professionally via email and phone. Ability to interact with other departments, managers and external customers in a positive, helpful manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manage regular office support, event management support and facility support

  • Liaise with US State and County Recorder Offices to gather latest requirements for UCC and PUC Lien filings

  • Handle external facing communications email, phone and mails

  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail, notarize documents as required

  • Perform administrative tasks related to lien filing which include, but is not limited to, notarization and mailing of forms, monitoring of Rejects and re-filing

  • Work with operation teams based out to various geographical locations to manage contract and operational processes

  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency, that includes knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel). Solid technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate new programs quickly.

  • Experience in customer service domain in assisting internal and external customers

  • Experience in handling documents trails and scanning, indexing and storage

  • Effective time management with ability to prioritize and organize the daily workloads

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as be a part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadline

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
