Job Title: Continuous Quality Improvement Intern (Paid)

Job Summary:

Join our team at Brightli as a Continuous Quality Improvement Intern!

As a Continuous Quality Improvement Intern, you'll play an integral role in various CQI-related projects and initiatives. You'll assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators, clinical outcomes, and other reports related to performance management, quality assurance documentation, project management, risk management, grant management, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various CQI-related projects and initiatives

  • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators, clinical outcomes, and other reports

  • Demonstrate skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines

  • Assist in monitoring documentation connected to CQI projects, accreditation and fidelity standards, quality records, and strategic projects

  • Access, review, and analyze data for accuracy, completeness, and trend/pattern identification

  • Access Electronic Health Record systems, internal databases, and other software data systems to collect data and develop reports

  • Assist with data preparation and presentations through summaries, graphs, and software capabilities

  • Assist respective CQI teams with assorted administrative duties

  • Demonstrate interest in the company's long-term and short-term goals and objectives

  • Assist department leadership with periodic adherence to CQI standards, processes, and assessments

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
