We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Continuous Process Improvement Manager for the Tampa Bay area. The Continuous Process Improvement Manager is responsible for supporting the business unit, evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices. Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role will possess the right blend of transformation, along with refinement of current processes. Other aspects of the job can include team building and group facilitation, compiling and tracking data, and preparing training materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide leadership teams to deploy Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) in Paradigm Specialty Networks & Operations business unit.

  • Work cross functionally to achieve stakeholder consensus.

  • Develop and maintain organizational performance dashboards including CPI deployment metrics.

  • Design implementation plans using change management techniques to achieve and sustain improvements.

  • Manage large project portfolios, leading Black/Green Belt training, and providing focused mentoring and coaching.

  • Provide analytical, problem solving, and change management skills in complex organizations.

  • Communication project status across all levels of an organization including briefings to senior leaders.

  • Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency.

  • Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements.

  • Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.

  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop process improvement reports for setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.

  • Understand and leverage technology in re-engineering of current processes.

  • Prepare communication plans regarding process re-engineering for multiple stakeholders.

  • Manage projects involving re-engineering, research, maintenance, and operations and performing UAT on behalf of the business units.

  • Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.

  • Assist Project Managers and Program Managers in strategic projects and key initiatives.

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of process assessment and optimization techniques

  • Proven working experience in project management and change management environment.

  • 3+ years practicing as a certified Black Belt

  • Demonstrated success facilitating change in large organizations, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • Healthcare knowledge strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
