Maximize the performance of the Perris facility by creating innovative process improvement solutions, and training and promoting the adoption of best practices and standard operating procedures.
Ability to develop and sustain effective cross-functional working relationships with leaders to influence and align people at all levels to support performance objectives.
Partner with, coach, or lead team members in the use of structured improvement system techniques like Lean, TQM, Six Sigma and other techniques.
Ability to take strong and sometimes contrary positions when required.
Identify, recommend, and implement new process improvements, supply chain opportunities, technological enhancements and workflow efficiencies. Sell and influence positive change in the organization.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Research or related discipline required.
