Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will, in conjunction with the Management Team, provides strategic leadership in the identification, development, implementation, and monitoring of activities that drive continuous improvement and operations excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

• Partners with management team to optimize the operation's processes, and to ensure linkage to the company's financial goals.

• Manages, coordinates, and implements continuous improvement projects to improve manufacturing effectiveness, quality, delivery, and cost relative to Production-to-Plan and the production system.

• Collects, analyzes, and reports on data from all production-area continuous improvement activities.

• Researches systems and processes, and identifies and develops analysis and recommendations to implement tools, processes, and infrastructures to achieve best practices and optimize efficiencies.

• Participates in and/or leads various teams to integrate and/or reach consensus on processes.

• Communicates with management, engineering, and other CI professionals to ensure that best practices are shared across the organization.

Requirements

Your Background

• BS in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline , plus 5 years of experience as a manufacturing supervisor OR
• HS Diploma, plus 10 years of experience as manufacturing supervisor.
