Milgard Windows' Temecula, California Plant is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their leadership team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all facility Continuous Improvement (CI) methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8-D Problem Solving and Value Analysis to drive out waste and improve productivity. This role will set the facility direction for CI and will take the lead in fostering the professional development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers by being a leading, proactive change agent that drives a Continuous Improvement culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish, lead, and maintain a Continuous Improvement Steering Committee

  • Facilitate the selection, scope, and planning of specific improvement projects

  • Develop training materials and effectively deliver those materials in a team environment to ensure employees throughout the facility are trained in CI concepts and philosophy

  • Facilitate CI events and teams

  • Overall program communications (future events, event updates, report outs)

Viable candidates should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading or driving Continuous Improvement/Lean initiatives, in a manufacturing environment. Minimum BA/BS degree is required.

Quality Improvement Analyst The Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the tracking and trending programs for quality initiatives by utilizing clinical and decision support data bases and statistical programs. Essential Job Duties: Provides high level data manipulation, analysis and reporting for a variety of short and long term quality projects. Produces and analyzes actionable health care information from multiple data sources. Development of clinical outcome reporting, coordination and technical consultation for Quality Assurance. Develops standardized, detailed, and targeted clinical outcome analysis and communication of quality of care data in meaningful terms. Prepares periodic status reports for the Strategy Team Leaders as requested. Responsive to required deadlines. Maintains regular communication to leadership regarding progress of projects. Acts as the system administrator for multiple databases and clinical applications including AMP, MIDAS, NHSN and others.
