We are looking for a qualified candidate that will coordinate Lean implementation activities including Lean training, A3 facilitation and Kaizen events.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Coordinates Lean implementation activities including Kanban development, value stream mapping, takt time analysis, 5S+1, and visual workplace.
Assists Lean teams in sustaining Lean effort successes.
Coaches personnel on the Lean implementation process.
Develops a familiarity with best practices of Toyota Lean principles and trademark tools.
Maintains and improves Lean toolkit.
Maintains control plans based on standard work for implemented improvements.
Participates in manufacturing plant audits.
Facilitates internal lean training and project management.

Required Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
Four year college or university degree in Business or related field or
Equivalent education and/or experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt
Up to two years of relevant experience leading a Continuous Improvement culture.
Experience in the oil and gas industry
