Responsible for supporting contingent workforce management program and processes. Including administrative coordination, data management/reporting, audit support and partnership with business/client groups.
Essential Job Functions:
Administrative Support/Management: monitor, respond/take action and manage Contingent Workforce Management email inbox and vendor management portal; ensure completion of required background screenings for contingent workforce document and communicate information required for system access; coordinate completion of immigration/visa extension documentation for contingent workers and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFE) from United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS); manage contingent worker onboarding process/activities and resolve/assist with resolution of issues (e.g. day-one readiness); process reorg and/or contingent record updates; complete extension process and/or contingent worker termination processes; utilize multiple related systems, applicant tracking system Dovetail/Ask HR email inbox
Reporting: pull information from HRIS to compile daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Contingent Workforce Vendor Manager, business/client groups and contractor vendor manager (MSP); review and ensure integrity/accuracy of report data/information.
Coordination with business/client groups: explain contingent workforce-related program, processes and requirements; participate/ represent Contingent Workforce Management in business/client group meetings
Audit Support: research/compile information to respond to Requests for Information
Additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Minimum Job Requirements:
3 years' experience in customer service or administrative support role
High school diploma equivalent
Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes and practices
Intermediate level of PC skills required (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills
AA Degree or higher
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e., Taleo)
Prior Human Resources experience
