Position Description: Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Program Analyst "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the US Navy in Norfolk VA. Work will be performed at the prime contractor's office location in the Norfolk area.

The successful candidate will have a financial analyst background so that they can work with minimal supervision in a position that requires knowledge of funding processes and financial reports.

Typical work requirements include:

  • Provide scheduling, tracking, monitoring and estimating of assigned projects

  • Develop responses to inquiries from internal and external customers

  • Provide assistance to the activity's engineers and technical leads for future project planning and proposal development

  • Track project financial status and assist customer managers with budget submissions

  • Identify trends and potential technical and management problems

  • Prepare status reports and metrics

  • Prepare presentation material for conferences, symposia, etc., and attend as required

Experience Requirements:

  • Four years' experience in collection, organization, manipulation, display, charting and analysis of project and financial data from multiple sources

  • Ability to develop presentations using program data

  • High level competency with MS Office products that include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field (desired)
  • Applicants without a BA/BS degree may qualify with advanced technical training (includes financial, acquisition, management) and six years of additional experience beyond that cited above

Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance.
