The Marketing and Communications group provides the tools, resources and guidance to support our bankers and wealth managers in growing existing client relationships and building new ones. We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.
What you'll do as a Contingent Marketing Coordinator:
Work closely with regional marketing to support the New York regional marketing strategy as needed; this role provides exposure to and the opportunity to learn about the different areas of regional marketing; RM support, events, partnerships etc.
Provide admin support to team as needed
Work closely with event director and senior event manager to support the East Coast event marketing strategy as needed
Work with events team and marketing managers to create timeline and execution plan, including budget estimate and management, list management etc
Assist with all aspects of event planning, creative, production and logistics
Project manage RM support projects, be familiar with marketing content and RM presentation needs
This role can be a stepping stone position for someone interested in pursuing a career within the marketing organization in a potentially permanent role and as such will be working on a variety of projects across the group.
