SUMMARY

The Content Writer will work with our internal teams to draft communications and manage templates and approval processes for a variety of supplier engagement purposes. Written communications should be consistent across various mediums of communication. We are looking for someone who can customize communications while ensuring that consistent themes, messages, and service criteria are included.

If residing within commutable distance to our office in Lehi, Dallas, Houston, Irvine, or Calgary office a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Those outside of commutable distance may be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting/editing of all communications related to supplier customer interactions with all Avetta Departments from all platforms

  • Manage content of Automated Communications

  • Manage templates and revisions for commonly used editable communications

  • Customize co-branded communication templates with client-specific content

  • Manage Comms Governance process for new communications

  • Revise existing communication collateral as needed

  • Coordinate any required translations and localization

  • Ensure that all communications complement each other and communicate the correct message, with the correct tone

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Impeccable communication and literacy skills

  • Well organized

  • Ability to explain complex things simply

  • Content writing experience

  • Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance

  • Professional phone/video presence and excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years communications experience, preferably in a Software/SaaS/Cloud Company

  • Desktop publishing certificate is a plus

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook to craft and format written communications

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and desktop publishing for customer presentations (customer-as-audience and customer-as-presenter)
