We are looking for a content creation crusader to join a new discipline at ServiceNow: The Content Experience Team. In this highly-collaborative role, you will be part of a "content United Nations," a central hub for fueling journeys aligned to our target personas from awareness to advocacy, as well as rolling up your sleeves and creating all forms of content. You will be empowered to help drive clear strategies and innovative approaches which are shared across the global organization and versioned to help us meet our engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals.
This role requires you to possess highly-developed communication and collaboration skills and to be fearless in your willingness to reach out to and collaborate with many varied internal stakeholders and external subject matter experts. We are seeking people with a growth mindset for learning about what drives our target personas their pains and needs, as well as their behaviors and varied preferences for content channels and formats. A healthy respect for the power of sound branding as a springboard for amazing web, print, and social will be critical to your success. Creativity and an approach grounded in best practices, process improvement, and most importantly, metrics and KPIs, are also essential.
Own the content experience for specific lines of business (think HR, IT, etc.) and/or verticals (financial services, healthcare, telco, etc.).
Oversee conceptualization and writing for all types of content long- and short-form; including ebooks, briefs, blogs, social, infographics, and video.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, creative, and project owners to augment their projects to deliver the very best results.
Strategize, conceptualize and drive new global content programs which can be disseminated readily across the organization for versioned usage to meet marketing goals.
Own persona application across the content library, ensuring the right types of materials are available throughout the lead funnel and buying stages. Contribute to improving persona descriptions and ICPs.
Help create and own editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration and update plans.
Willingly and humbly provide mentorship and guidance to help improve content creation across the organization.
Demonstrated experience developing content strategies across the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
Versatile and agile writing and editing skills.
Strong foundation in best-in-class demand generation content approaches.
Publishing platform experience.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Growth-oriented, "winning as a team" mindset.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience
B2B SaaS experience is highly desirable.
Experience working in an agency environment a plus.
Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for a variety of projects with diverse audiences MUST PRESENT A COMPREHENSIVE PORTFOLIO DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
Experience with strategic content, campaign development, and creative execution.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands in one of the world's fastest-growing software companies.
