The Content Strategist for North America works closely with our sales and marketing teams to establish a strong narrative around contributors and content available in Shutterstock collections. Through content sales engineering, this role helps customers navigate and understand how Shutterstock content supports their business goals.

The Content Strategist maintains in-depth familiarity with Shutterstock content and collections and has the responsibility to illustrate the unique depth, breadth and relevance of content to internal teams and customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform as a content authority to support revenue growth and customer retention, operating as primary contact for Sales, Marketing, Research and Content Acquisition.

  • Explain the value and benefits of Shutterstock content to improve opportunity conversion and retention rates for Enterprise, SMB and Platform Solutions customers

  • Create narratives around Shutterstock content to support sales and marketing strategies and drive engagement loops.

  • Architect go-to-market strategy for new content and contributors, building a content brand identity and positioning Shutterstock as the best solution for customers.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer content requirements, providing support through in-depth content knowledge and subject-matter expertise.

  • Support the sales team during the proposal process by providing content insights and expertise for sales presentations and proposals.

  • Confer with customers on their content goals and illustrate how Shutterstock content meets their needs.

  • Solicit customer feedback and identify areas to improve customer content satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Gather actionable customer feedback including market trends & insights to inform how content acquisition strategy can directly support opportunities.

What you'll bring:

  • Hands-On Approach: You should be sharp, love rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the team.

  • Domain expertise and enthusiasm for Photography, Footage and/or Music, with 3+ years of professional experience in any or all three fields.

  • Knowledge of the stock industry, content and digital media licensing terms.

  • Understanding of digital media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Follows world-wide design, creative, cultural and market trends across markets.

  • Excellent communicator with a natural ability to relate information on creative content.

FX and global payments are critical drivers of the international growth agenda for the global TS business and the greater Corporate and Investment Bank LOB. The TS FX Client Manager will be directly responsible for accelerating growth of the regional and cross-regional TS FX P&L through a full range of sales activities: * Joint planning with Treasury Services Sales, GCB Bankers and FX Marketers to ensure aligned positioning for clients * Prospecting of clients that do not use the TS FX solution suite * Mining the existing TS portfolio for business development opportunities * Managing attrition, pursuing portfolio growth with existing clients as well as generating new business The Client Manager will be part of a larger global team that develops business across regions as well as within the region This role requires deep understanding of the large corporate space as well as the use of FX through treasury services type solutions. Knowledge of more advanced FX solutions, e.g. hedging, is appreciated. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work with a dynamic, markets-oriented product set and directly drive growth of a key strategic solution for JPMorgan. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategy for growing the TS FX North America P&L * Pipeline management - target list development, execution from pre-sales to winning mandates and closing deals, senior management reporting * Client presentations and presales activities - Coordinate with TS Sales, JPM Corporate Bankers and Investment Banking FX Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; develop and present client relevant and thoughtful solution presentations * Responsible for meeting P&L and new business targets * Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts * Close coordination with TS sales, product management and RFP team to coordinate RFP responses and pricing decisions * Provide continuous feedback to Product teams of emerging trends in the market and client needs for product evolution * BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate level education preferred * Strong knowledge of transaction banking, (TS) FX, cross-border payments and Channels * Strong product oriented sales experience and acumen.
