We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Content Specialist to join the Partnerships Team in our Santa Barbara office.
About The Team:
The goal of this team is to successfully manage the expectations of our merchant partners, affiliate networks, OPM's/agencies and Honey users. Doing so successfully will maximize affiliate sales and commissions without sacrificing product quality or straying from the company vision. We must work closely with Tech, Product, User Acquisition and the rest of the company to accomplish this. We are the public face of Honey and as such, it is our responsibility to be innovative, solution-oriented and to always deliver the best customer service possible.
What You'll Do:
As a Content Specialist at Honey, you will:
Supports initiatives led by Content Manager
Work collaboratively as a team with other Content Specialists, Content Manager, and entire Partnerships team overall
Work closely with the entire Partnerships team to optimize performance to drive revenue growth and exceed campaign goals
Work through inbox of emails from merchants, Honey members, and internal team requests to address various needs and respond back accordingly
Send welcome letter to new partners introducing the Partnerships Team associate
Add stores to Honey via HSM internal tool from store adds document and incoming requests / network approvals
Work within Commission Junction, Rakuten, Pepperjam, Impact, and various other affiliate networks to analyze revenue reports and generate tracking links
Manage all tracking links on an on-going basis
Work closely with Store Integration to identify issues and notify team for fixes
Monitor daily revenue reporting and investigate stores that are not integrated properly with Honey
Escalate issues to Store Integration Team and create JIRA tickets for review
Apply to new programs in affiliate networks
Monitor affiliate network inboxes and communicate messages to Partner Facing Team accordingly
Accept pending offers in affiliate networks
Craft editorial content (About store, Shipping/Return Policies, Tips to Save Money) for our top merchants and upload to store pages on joinhoney.com
Compose deals editorial content to provide smart shopping recommendations for joinhoney.com deals pages
Monitor various Slack channels to quickly identify relevant issues, investigate, and provide solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or Marketing
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Strong writing skills and background
