Cloudbakers is looking for smart, energetic, and personable technology professionals for a Content Specialist position. We are looking for someone with a communications background and an aptitude for technical concepts with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong candidates will have enterprise change management and curriculum development experience.

As a vital player on the Change Management team, you will be responsible for creating client specific content while maintaining Cloudbakers flavor and values. You will work towards delighting our customers and setting our team up for success. A great Content Specialist at Cloudbakers will be able to properly communicate technical concepts to all types of audiences and develop highly engaging material.

Roles and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will understand the value of teamwork. We are looking for the right fit with our growing organization and will invest in training for the right individual. This position has the flexibility to be based out of our Chicago or Denver locations.

A Cloudbakers Content Specialist's responsibilities and duties are as follows:

  • Create custom content for various productivity, CRM and intranet platforms

  • Includes internal websites (using Google Sites), FAQs, communication plans, marketing materials, usage guides, and quick task videos.

  • Create stock content for productivity, CRM and intranet platforms we work with

  • Includes usage guides, product demos, and quick task videos.

  • Manage update roadmap for our CLaaS Training Portal.

  • Monitor CLaaS Training Portal feedback / data reports and create ongoing content including instructional guides and videos.

  • Working cross-functionally to identify and prioritize internal content needs.

  • Anything else that needs to be done that adds value to the business, our clients and your co-workers


  • Able to construct change management package material on a per client basis

  • Understand clients needs via our Change Management team and gather requirements to drive adoption

  • Ability to build websites using Google Sites

  • Competent in various graphic design softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)

  • Skilled at creating short instructional videos

  • Prior teaching experience

  • Added bonus for previously leading technical trainings

  • Strong writing and communication skills

Power boosting competencies:

  • Experience working with SaaS, IaaS & PaaS platforms

  • G Suite and Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Microsoft Azure

  • Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics or relevant CRM experience

  • Familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Powershell, MDM

  • Microsoft Office 365, Power BI

  • Consulting Experience

  • Strong technical and/or Cloud technology aptitude

  • Multilingual is a plus, but not required

  • Bringing the heat in ping-pong
