We are seeking a driven and creative Content Operations Manager to oversee digital initiatives within the Fitness & Nutrition business unit that can enhance our overall member engagement, retention and new client acquisition process.
The fitness & nutrition Content Operations Manager will support all online program content development, production, process and project management in partnership with respective business owners, subject matter experts (registered dieticians, personal trainers & program leads) and marketing teams.
The fitness & nutrition Content Operations Manager will consume as much intel as humanly possible (from other Marketing teams, our customer-facing teams, the web, etc.), oversee the division's editorial newsletter production, online-specific programs & ongoing special content driven strategies.

Work closely with subject matter experts, digital marketers, technology and business owners to produce weekly/monthly content specific initiatives for the division.
This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and new process creation as well as the ability to keep pace with our growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment
Manages the content calendar for the fitness & nutrition programs & any specific content initiatives to drive program growth & engagement
Manage production & delivery of the weekly weight loss Newsletter (Flourish)
Manage the fitness & nutrition website strategy including content direction, functionality & site analytics reporting/insights
Manage strategy for program specific social media sites (our specific facebook, twitter, Instagram, snapchat, etc accounts)
Write and manage a team of subject matter experts & writers who produce editorial created for our own original content platforms, product/workflow/industry content needs and external publishing channels.
Contribute to the development of multi-media content including video story development.
Partner with Analytics to collect, monitor, analyze and routinely report out data from all content channels to stakeholders.
Socialize and market content internally as well as identify external distribution channels and influencers to amplify content.
Four-year bachelor degree
Fitness, Nutrition and/or Weight Loss industry background preferred but not required
Experience with creating and curating video content
Experience with content management systems
Proven track record of handling high volume, concurrent requests from multiple stakeholders with successful outcomes
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with Omniture or similar web metrics tools and analysis programs
Experience building reports in Keynote or Powerpoint
Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively prioritize requirements and make informed project/program tradeoffs
Attention to detail
Experience using various documentation tools, including Excel and Keynote
Certifications in YouTube and Google Analytics a plus
