Job Description

Help improve the quality and safety of online content, while gaining hands-on job experience. Accenture is hiring full-time employees to work as a Content Reviewer on a fixed-duration project for one of our leading clients.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as an advocate for the user community

  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality

  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy

  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures

  • Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements

In the context of this role, individuals may be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. We care for our employees' safety and well-being and ensure that they have the support and resources needed to execute the responsibilities of their roles.

Location

This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in Silicon Valley and requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Hours / Shifts

The role requires incumbents to work 5 out of 7 days a week on an 8-hour shift with 8 paid hours, and two consecutive days off per week. Depending on the team supported, location, and business needs, hours, shifts and the rotation schedule are subject to change.

Team Leads will try to accommodate individual schedules but guarantees cannot be made. Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, incumbents will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and remain open to working different hours, shifts/rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Shift Premiums

There is a 20% hourly rate premium for hours worked between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or weekends, and Local Public Holidays (as defined by Accenture and/or Accenture Flex).

Training

Individuals are provided paid training (typically 3-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks), depending on the group supported. During the training and initial ramp-up period, individuals will work day hours as determined by the team. Thereafter, they will transition to a rotating schedule.

As the Director of Digital Content Strategy you will be responsible for the overall content strategy, conceptualization, creation, and analysis of compelling digital content to engage new and existing audiences of the AAMC across a variety of online channels. You will work to ensure the creation and dissemination or a wide range of digital content that directly supports AAMC's strategic plan and in accordance with AAMC's larger digital strategy. The Director will work in coordination with the Sr. Director of Digital Communications and the broader team to supervise the development of both short- and long-term content plans, developing a cohesive and integrated content strategy focused on visibility, reach, and engagement. The Director will partner with the Director of Digital Strategy and Engagement as well as the Managing Editor, Websites, to lead the association's digital communications strategy by conceiving and driving large scale content initiatives, supervising a variety of digital content projects and ensuring that efforts of the Digital Communications team remain cohesive within the framework of the AAMC's greater mission, values, and goals. The Director of Digital Content Strategy will lead a diverse team of highly creative professionals in executing the creation, distribution, and analytic assessment of multimedia content designed to engage the organization's many different audiences. How will you make an impact? * Lead efforts to guide and integrate the association's broader communications strategy by developing and driving large-scale digital content initiatives, coordinating a range of digital projects and campaigns, and ensuring that the content efforts across AAMC's online channels meet our audiences' needs and directly support the AAMC's strategic mission, values, and business goals. * Act as a senior strategic planner for all digital initiatives and campaigns and oversee team of digital strategists throughout all phases of project development and delivery. * Lead efforts to create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that includes distribution channel(s) to ensure the widest possible reach of content in alignment with AAMC goals and audience needs. * Effectively delegate projects and provides strategic counsel to communications team members and allocate team resources accordingly. * Work with senior directors within the communications team to ensure alignment with content strategy and content that is responsive to industry trends. * Work with partners throughout the organization to plan and create new content, curate existing assets, and determine the best distribution channels to promote reach and engagement positive user experience. * Work closely with director of publishing to ensure integration of publications, reports, and other content with digital and content strategies * Develop and coordinate strategic content calendar across the Office of Communications. Work collaboratively with other distribution partners on timelines in order to ensure effective distribution and engagement * Work with the user experience team within Digital Communications on projects that require significant interactive, mobile responsive, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility considerations. * Define key performance indicators and work with Digital Communications team to implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success, providing key data and analysis related to digital activities. * Use data to guide development/creation of content that uses digital formats, channels, builds traffic, and ensures the best user experience * Oversee content strategists and multimedia team What will you bring to the role? * Education: Bachelors required * Experience 10 years experience in media environment, with progressive responsibility for developing integrated digital content strategy, large scale digital initiatives, and campaign execution. * Minimum of five years of previous direct supervisory experience required including experience managing performance management process for team members and providing career development advice and counsel. * Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Experience with AP Style or other style such as Chicago or APA. * Understanding of content strategy and best practices for digital distribution and display. Ability to react quickly to changing content needs and assess content's impact on enhancing organization's business goals. * Experience leading and working with collaborative, multidisciplinary teams - managing staffing, project prioritization, scoping and budgeting levels of effort, as well as anticipating issues and working towards solutions to complex problems. * Ability to effectively communicate strategic recommendations. Experience presenting and articulating integrated digital strategy, including campaign goals, objectives, and how success is measured. * Skilled at Interpreting and making recommendations based on Google Analytics, Foresee CX Suite, and other data inputs. Ability to analyze and synthesize data from all digital channels, drawing insights from the data to inform future recommendations and strategies. * Thorough understanding of multimedia best practices (video, audio, photography/illustration, motion graphics, etc.) If a bachelor's degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions.
