The Content Marketing Specialist will develop content to support campaign activity at ZoomInfo. From general prospecting to brand awareness, customer upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy programs, account-specific ABM activity, and product announcements, this role will create compelling assets and promotional copy to support every stage of the buyer's journey.
This role will report to the Director, Content Marketing and is responsible for developing assets (eBooks, infographics, videos, etc) and messaging to support campaigns created by the Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
Project manage content development for strategic campaigns
Create assets (eBooks, infographics, videos, case studies, webinar abstracts, etc) across the buyer's journey
Write promotional copy (emails, social copy, ad copy, etc) to support campaign activity
Review product marketing content (brochures, sell sheets, etc) to ensure appropriate grammar, tone, and brand voice
Work closely with the Creative team to ensure design/visuals match the tone and message being delivered in each piece
Support and maintain a content library, ensuring all assets are accessible and current for stakeholders across the company
Monitor performance of the assets you develop and report on results regularly
Stay current with the latest Content Marketing best practices
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of Content Marketing experience
Strong writing and story-telling skills
Knowledge of content marketing best practices
Strong sense of urgency and ability to turn projects around quickly
Growth mindset with a willingness to receive and provide feedback to improve copy, content strategy, and asset development
Well-organized with excellent planning and project management skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Team-oriented disposition and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and own cross-functional collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
