Content Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Essential Functions:

• Understand key buyer(s) persona and buying processes that help address common buyer pain points, and how to differentiate Relatient in the market.

• Manage the development of strategic-focused content for reputation, demand, and sales enablement activities such as whitepapers, infographics, presentations, blog posts and articles, videos, web copy, and more.

• Maximize the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels. Maintain our internal library of content and copy resources.

• Work closely with client success team to craft value stories, proof points, and case studies show casing product value and ROI.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, video and media agency teams, and product team members to craft visually compelling stories, and enhancing content with visual elements.

• Plan, write and proof high-quality content that advances the editorial vision and mission of the brand.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as an editorial or content-related role, preferred.

• Experience serving as a trusted 'go to' thought partner for copywriting, content proofing, and storytelling.

• Proven track record of working in a goal-oriented and self-directed environment

• Demonstrated ability to present information, written and orally, for maximum impact.

• Highly customer-focused, a great communicator, collaborator, storyteller, data-driven, and creative.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and understand our buyers to develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging, thought leadership, and client value stories.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, set your own direction, respond well under pressure, prioritize needs within short time frames and have a reputation for making the impossible possible.

• Exceptional at verbal and written communication; confident in developing and delivering presentations/PowerPoint for an executive audience

Compensation:

For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this type of position is $55,000-75,000 USD. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
