General Purpose:

The Content Marketing Manager has the primary responsibility to define and create innovative and compelling content in support of driving traffic, user engagement and lead conversion of Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate core messages and ideas to be delivered across long-form content, web pages, GIFs, infographics, video scripts and more. You will develop, execute and measure an audience-centric content plan that advances WEX brand visibility across search engines. Assess content performance and make recommendations to improve content development.


Generate compelling, SEO-driven content that brings in organic visitors and inbound digital leads. Create internal understanding and collaboration thru data-informed rationale and insight.

Understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them.

Use marketing analytics to optimize and scale content initiatives and measure success.

Work cross-functionally with all lines of business including Global teams, product management, HR, training and other departments.

Apply more expressive and interactive content formats to increase audience engagement.

Develop best practices and advocacy to the organization for content development and SEO.

Keep abreast of channel trends, advocate for appropriate investment to drive positive change, scale and growth from Digital channel. Serve as in-house expert on channel strategies and tactics.

Analyze and communicate competitor strategies to key stakeholders.

Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure we regularly engage our audience, and set predictable timelines for publishing regular and evergreen content.

Serve as a primary contributor to and use the platform as the hub of all content initiatives

Minimum Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to recommend, create, and repurpose content that's relevant, differentiated, and actionable

  • 5-10 years global Website and SEO experience in B2B and B2C industries

  • Familiarity with web analytics systems and marketing technologies: Google Analytics, Keyword Research tools (i.e. Brightedge), SEO tools (i.e. SEOMoz, SEM Rush, Search Console), CMS (WordPress, etc), Personalization/testing tools (i.e. Monetate, Evergage) and other relevant technologies

  • Familiarity with integrated paid & organic search marketing

  • Experience in multichannel content creation

  • Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics

  • Ability to process in-depth site analysis and make strategic recommendations for content improvement

  • Proven ability to write well and convey ideas clearly

  • Experience mapping, integrating, and repackaging content into new vehicles and formats to expand reach and respond to evolving consumption preferences

  • Development and execution of Content Editorial Calendars and Link Building

  • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce MarketingCloud

  • Familiar with Photoshop, HTML, CSS

The Store Manager is a senior-level store management position which reports directly to the District Manager within store operations. The Store Manager assumes a blended leadership role of both operations and merchandising while leading the entire store-level team to accomplish strategic objectives and overall sales goals. In this role, the successful Store Manager will be an effective communicator with a motivational and persuasive personality, have a thorough understanding of retail sales techniques and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Having previous experience as a Store Manager in specialty retail or as an Assistant Manager for a large retailer will allow an easy transition into understanding all aspects of the business to ensure that focus remains on key business initiatives, store presentation, marketing execution and daily operational cost controls. Developmental success in this role will lead into an elevated role within store operations or within our home office. Responsibilities: * Facilitate, Promote, and Supervise all aspects of customer service * Lead by example while driving overall store performance * Motivate team to strive to attain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals * Recruit, train and supervise sales and support staff * Create a plan of succession for current staff members * Ensure Operating Procedures are effectively implemented at all levels * Achieve sales and labor goals via effective labor management * Oversee general merchandising and store operations * Partner with visual team in regards to merchandise presentation * Successfully convey corporate communication down the management team as well as to line-level staff Skills and Requirements: A varied schedule will include day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. * Prefer 3+ years of retail management experience; 1 year as a Store Manager preferred * Prefer college degree * Active participation in the sports EMS represents, highly preferred * Ability to foster a customer-focused environment * Ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive; coach others to maximize overall sales * Strong business acumen and sales ability * Ability to enable management and develop staff; team player * Strong communication, inter-personal and people skills * Basic understanding of P&L components * Merchandising skills in both hardlines and softlines a plus * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Organized, resourceful and driven to satisfy customers IMPORTANT NOTE: Please list the sports you actively participate in under the "Skills" section of the application when applying.
