Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms

  • Develop content for social media and oversee all content approvals

  • Edit, proofread, and improve content, optimizing for SEO best practices

  • Analyze the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns

  • Oversee the growth, training, and workflow of the Social Content Creator

  • Collaborate with design and business teams to create and deliver high quality content that drives sales and customer retention

  • Develop editorial calendar and organize workflows to ensure deadlines are met

  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

  • Assist in the development of Regal's brand voice, style and tone

  • This role requires occasional after-hours and weekend coverage

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in producing content for the digital platforms specifically

  • Experience with and/or understanding of other marketing channels (social media, paid social, paid search, app, etc.)

  • BA / BS degree in English, journalism, marketing or equivalent working experience

  • Experience building audiences either online or offline

  • Experience writing and structuring content that helps websites rank high in the search engines

  • Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including split A/B testing experience

  • Experience with CMS platforms

  • Proven ability to identify customer pain points and develop content to deliver solutions

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics

  • Demonstrated ability to create easy-to-understand and easy-to-replicate reports

  • Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using project management systems

  • Effective (efficient and clear) cross-functional communicator

  • Strong business writing and presentation skills

Education/Experience:

BA / BS degree in English, journalism, marketing, or equivalent working experience.

Language Ability:

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability:

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role oversees the Social Content Creator position.
