The Gartner Reprints offering provides clients with the opportunity to use Gartner research reports to fuel their own marketing efforts. The Reprints Campaign Manager provides best-in-class, omni-channel marketing campaign guidance, consulting with clients to build a marketing strategy and plan so that they can extract the most benefit from their Gartner investment.

As a member of the product team, your primary responsibility will be improving client product utilization and ROI by helping clients develop and execute marketing campaigns that make the best use of the Reprints assets they have selected.

Your long-term objective will be to scale and productize this assistance to become a key pillar of client value in the overall Reprints solution. This will involve leveraging your expertise and outcomes from client projects to help support ongoing improvement of the Reprints product, including codifying processes for scaling the campaign assistance offering.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B content marketer who is interested in both helping our technology vendor clients run efficient and effective campaigns and being part of a product team committed to continuous improvement of our client offerings.

What you will do:

  • Learn and understand Gartner Reprints product portfolio, positioning, and strategy.

  • Use multiple sources of input (data, client interviews, analyst interviews, etc.) to gain a deep understanding of how clients (tech marketers) successfully use Gartner Reprints (licensed research reports for use in marketing campaigns).

  • Meet with clients to consult and guide on all aspects of Reprints campaigns:

  • Campaign strategy/plan development and content selection.

  • Recommend and advise on implementing standardized Reprints Campaign Templates

  • Channel strategy.

  • Campaign measurement and optimization.

  • Maximize utilization (help with less common use-cases)

  • Troubleshoot under-performing campaigns.

  • Own the product strategy development and management responsibilities related to framework creation and scaling of campaign support and assistance provided to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover client pain points and unmet needs related to campaign management and execution.

  • Collect and analyze data on client program performance to help inform product decisions and inform client-facing guidance.

  • Follow-up with clients to debrief on campaign outcomes to inform future campaigns and best practices.

  • Assist in creation of self-serve help content (written and multimedia) for the Reprints Help Center

  • Plan and conduct educational sessions for internal and external audiences, highlighting Reprint campaign best practices and optimal product utilization.

What you will need:

  • 4-5 years' experience running and optimizing B2B content marketing campaigns for technology vendors in a client-facing role (marketing/media agency experience is a huge plus).

  • A deep understanding of B2B content marketing best practices in a variety of industry verticals.

  • Experience translating business goals into marketing success and measuring marketing analytics to inform tactics, strategy, and optimization.

  • An ability to understand your clients' needs, challenges, org structures, workflows, decision-making processes, etc. to amplify your impact.

  • A comfort with quantitative and qualitative data analysis including the ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high-level professionalism. Experienced in speaking to clients and internal executives, with the ability to simplify complex data/concepts to be understood by a wide range of audiences.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Continuous learner with an ownership mindset and a bias for action.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 115,920 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
