What You'll Do:
Ensure custom content solutions are on-brand with a consistent style, quality, and tone of voice optimized for search and user experience across online, offline, social, and video channels.
Map out solutions to support and extend both short and long-term marketing initiatives and determine best practices for the brand; attention to trends and adaptability is a must, including research on competitive messaging
Generate clear and valuable high-impact educational content to increase G5's presence and thought leadership to extend its reach and brand awareness
Manage an editorial calendar that works in concert with G5's overall communications strategy to achieve brand goals
Write, produce, and edit content using best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
Support content ideation and development for campaigns and materials including blog posts, webinars, white papers, best practices, customer success stories, case studies, corporate website, collateral, and sales enablement materials
Storyboarding and collaboration with designers on developing collateral that weaves compelling stories
Support the development of sales and speaking presentations as well as abstracts for speaking opportunities
Develop social strategy and execute on brand social posting, engagement, and measurement
Establish and track KPIs for content solutions and make recommendations based on those results
Work closely with brand stakeholders to ensure a consistent message across channels
Work closely with outside content producers
Develop and implement standards and best practices for content ideation, execution, and distribution
Assist with periodic competitive content audits

What You'll Need:
5+ years of copywriting experience, focus on B2B a plus
3+ years of content marketing experience in the digital marketing space
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field
Experience managing a brand on social
Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in the creation of compelling messages for different target audiences
Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects/priorities and meeting deadlines
Expertise in all major business software applications
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience across high-touch social platforms
Attention to detail and an eye for quality
