Amazon Pay, one of the fastest growing businesses within Amazon, is looking for a smart, talented Content Marketing Manager to guide our voice commerce story and evangelize our service in the Alexa Money domain.

We aspire to be the medium through which every customer chooses to pay a merchant, worldwide. Amazon Payments is a service that helps customers transact with third-party merchants outside of Amazon.

More than 300 million customers can use their Amazon account to sign-in and register with a merchant in just two taps, and then make a purchase or payment in just one tap using the payment methods they already use with Amazon. By sharing the ease and simplicity of selling to an Amazon customer, we help merchants grow their registered customer base and increase their sales.

With Amazon Pay, Amazon helps its customers transact in more places, with more merchants, in new categories and types of products well beyond physical goods and online retail. By defining and offering to assist with a customer's commerce identity, we can create a new category of products and services that delight both customers and merchants when they transact. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you are a key member of a global team. You are a talented and efficient writer who is passionate about the promise of smart assistants and the future of voice commerce. Creating interesting and valuable content is central to our marketing strategy and to positioning Amazon Pay as an innovator and leader in a crowded industry.

As the Alexa evangelist on the marketing team you will develop a strategy to help power the money domain flywheel by driving merchant education and adoption, partnering with Alexa teams to engage developers, and generating consumer awareness and engagement.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing CX innovation plans, a prioritized roadmap, testing strategy and implementation/scaling of successful tests. A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data into actionable changes, team-oriented, influential, and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
