There is an immediate opening for a Content Marketing Leader in Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). The position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing and will be based in Atlanta, GA. This position will lead all content marketing, content strategy and SEO initiatives for Honeywell Connected Enterprise.

The Content Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies and marketing efforts that drive brand awareness and engagement with HCE at all stages of the customer journey.

The Content Marketing Leader will be empowered to ideate and write content across a number of mediums designed to help HCEs prospects and customers grow their understanding of our capabilities. They will constantly seek to align and refine a content marketing strategy to an evolving understanding of HCEs customers and prospects, including pain points they bring into a buying decision.


  • Lead all content efforts including strategy, conception, production and distribution

  • Develop, refine and scale a robust content strategy that allows for a team of internal and external contributors to efficiently create helpful, rich content in a timely manner

  • Define and cross-functionally communicate success metrics for all content initiatives, aligned to company goals. Track performance to ensure content marketing plans deliver expected business outcomes

  • Continuously learn the HCE product portfolio to better understand and communicate how it works and what problems it solves. Seek time with internal subject matter experts, like leadership and product managers, to best inform this perspective

  • Work with Marketing and external team members to ensure engaging content is created for all buyer personas in defined verticals across every stage of the customer journey

  • Engage in conversations with other members of the Marketing team to determine content needed and the ideal mediums for delivering the content

  • Collaborate with HCEs UX Design team to ensure a cohesive experience for prospects and customers across all marketing channels that aligns to the design language system

  • Define scalable processes for content creation including cross-team collaboration and proper resourcing.

  • Manage the editorial strategy and maintain a content calendar

  • Stay attuned to content marketing trends and best practices


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 plus years of experience in Content Marketing
  • 3 plus years of Search Engine Optimization knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or English

  • Ability to be both a prolific creator of high-quality content and also a great content strategist

  • Creativity in ideating content

  • Experience with video (experience in storyboarding and writing video scripts)

  • Experience in SaaS

  • Strong editorial governance

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a high level of initiative

  • Ability to measure and monitor the results of initiatives and programs

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into messaging anyone can understand

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills with an ability to tell a compelling and engaging story

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Design and Product Management

  • Able to deliver results on time

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a high-performance team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Web-savvy

  • Positive attitude and willingness to embrace change.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead work groups

  • 10-15% travel may be required.
