The Opportunity:

Credibly is seeking an energetic Content Marketing Intern to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns while learning the ins-and-outs of the digital landscape. The individual in this position will report to the Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Associate receive a crash course in various aspects of our digital strategy, including content marketing, SEO, social media PR, email marketing, tradeshows, and website management.

  • Assist in the deployment and optimization of weekly semi-automated campaigns

  • Support email marketing initiatives from list building and segmentation to delivery

  • Assist blogging and co-blogging initiatives through research, writing, and influencer outreach

  • Perform competitor analysis and social listening to extract insights that drive performance improvements on all social channels

  • Optimize old blog posts, landing pages, and content offers to improve on-page SEO

You will walk away from this internship with a set of core marketing skills that will make you an asset to any team, a broad understanding of the digital landscape, Hubspot's Inbound Marketing Certification, and possibly an opportunity to continue working on Credibly's content strategy as an independent contractor.

Requirements:

  • Must be entering your Junior or Senior year in college and be pursuing a career in marketing

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong willingness to learn

Duties & Responsibilities * Develop, create and deploy content across all necessary digital platforms * Manage day-to-day content uploading in a variety of content management systems * Implement and schedule online promotions such as social media posts and email campaigns * Ensure tracking of activity and results of all digital activity to support on-going optimization * Aid internal and external clients with site and graphic support * Develop, implement and sustain content schedules where applicable * Ensure accuracy of information published online * Edit and proofread a variety of content types for the web, ensuring they meet style, tone and marketing message requirements * Act as point-person and in-house "expert" for certain content publishing systems * Collaboratively work with other team members and cross-functional teams * Perform other duties as assigned Technical Skills * Working knowledge of social networking tools, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. * Extensive experience with content management systems preferred * Strong understanding of web production and deployment principles/best practices * Digital graphic art production/design capability, including layout, composition, font and color specifications * Digital photography experience as plus * Strong knowledge and ability within Adobe Creative Cloud preferred Seco Tools Seco Tools is one of the world's largest and most successful providers of comprehensive metal cutting solutions in today's industry.
