Are you someone who loves to write stories? We're looking for a savvy Creative Content Manager to come join our team to support and expand the distinguished voice for one of the fastest growing footwear brands, ABEO footwear & The Walking Company!

This position will write and edit on-brand marketing and editorial copy, including product descriptions, email, social, and website copy, plus in-store signage and other collateral. Being creative, and engaging our consumer and audience will be key to continue to grow our brand. In this role, you'll work with the Marketing, Ecommerce & Creative teams in the development of compelling marketing and social campaign creative copy (digital and traditional), and ensure the brand message, style and tone for ABEO & The Walking Company remains accurate and consistent.

In this role you will: Research and write compelling product and marketing copy to increase brand awareness for the ABEO footwear brand.

Proofread and edit existing content to ensure message consistency, proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and technical accuracy of all copy. Create and produce captivating content on various social networks and related media channels. Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure content and product information is current and accurate.

Skills & requirements: Develop and execute ideas to increase engagement and follower base through social media, stores and grassroots efforts. Coordinate cross-functional relationships, including ecommerce, marketing, and store ops to maximize customer experience and ensure strategy and content is meeting company objectives.

Ability to stay up to date on social media trends and new platforms. Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or related field preferred with 4-8 years of writing and/or editorial experience. Strong communication skills including an ability to work in a team environment, and is a solid verbal and written communicator.

Understanding, interest and knowledge of fashion and accessory trends, particularly in the footwear industry. Meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, and cope well with change.
