How you will contribute:

As the SEO Blog Content Manager, your main objective is to help develop content for promoting ROI and satisfaction from our physician clients; creating and publishing search-optimized content for our customer blogs; and work to improve quality and efficiencies related to content creation. You will effectively manage assignments with writers and editors, while facilitating client calls and creating custom outlines and/or content based on customer needs and preferences.

Skills you'll bring:

  • College degree, preferably in communications or journalism, or equivalent education and work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in content production, journalism, copywriting, content creation

  • Great written and oral communication skills; familiar with Google apps, Asana, and Salesforce

  • Experience writing in the healthcare industry

  • You flourish in a high growth tech environment where change is constant

  • Excellent project management experience

  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity, both with customers and internal teams

  • Experience working with freelance writers and editors

  • Excellent planning, execution, and follow-up skills

  • Effective at creating conditions for extraordinary teamwork by promoting a positive culture where self-accountability thrives

  • Excellent web writing ability & master of AP Style

  • Knowledge of SEO algorithms for content and stays up-to-date with Google Best Practices

  • Collaboration with various internal teams to push projects through to completion in a timely manner

  • Successful multi-tasking and project management experience with strict attention to detail

You will work with the customer and internal teams to ensure the blog content reflects the services their practice provides and supports their marketing goals. You will strategize, you will incorporate customer feedback into content creation, and you will provide a new level of value to the client that will boost each customer's online presence. Being the subject matter expert in PatientPop's customer blog content is pivotal to the success of our professional services.

In 90 days you will:

You will work with cross-functionally with internal teams to understand how key functions work together and influence your role. You will master the blog onboarding process and quarterly review calls with clients. You will refine your skills to ensure customer requests are addressed and the content creation workflow is organized. You will have accountability in managing 300+ accounts, while supporting our key business metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction through feedback surveys.

You will be responsible for managing our royalty operations and content licensing strategy to provide the best music experience and content selection for our customers.
