Job Purpose
The purpose of the HR Content Management Lead is to lead the coordination of content creation efforts and manage content repositories. This position is responsible for the accuracy of the content and knowledge articles on the HR portal and case management system; designs the placement and organization of content so that it is easily accessible and user friendly to all associates. The Content Management Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams and various HR stakeholders to drive content initiatives to streamline communication and enhance the employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
Content Management for HR portal and case management system:
Oversee the creation of high-quality content.
Organize content in a user-friendly way; ensuring that content is user-friendly and accessible to the target audience.
Establish guidelines, standards, and workflows for content creation, review, approval and publishing.
Monitor and update existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and up to date and make continuous improvements.
Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
Ensures content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and company standards.
Manage the HR content approval process, including tracking changes and version control.
Team Operation: Oversee operations by working closely Content Management Team Members. Assist with fostering positive team environment, oversee developing team members, and ensuring that the teams are meeting their goals and conduct performance appraisals.
Oversees and responsible for all of the HR Data in all forms. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather content requirements to create and update HR content, ensuring it reflects current best practices, legal compliance and align content with overall business goals.
Generating reports and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management to demonstrate the effectiveness of content strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR content management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Digital Marketing or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
5-6 years experience in content creation (Content Writer, Content Lead, or Content Strategist)
1-2 years leading teams
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
HR Communications Experience required
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like ServiceNow and marketing automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret content performance metrics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service and collaboration skills to collect and create content
Ability to use metrics and data analytics
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills capable of understanding and gathering content
Strong written and oral communication skills with outstanding listening skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in Service Now
Ability to work effectively with all HR functions including negotiating
