Job role: Content Management Consultant
Morrisville, NC
Duration: 6 months+
Under limited guidance, manages and coordinates the qualification and deployment of systems. Collaborates with business leaders, end users, other IT departments, and software vendors to develop and provide appropriate support strategies for regional and global business applications. Provides technical support, consulting, and system-related cost/benefit analysis to project teams, customers, business leaders, and bid defense teams.
Collaborates with various groups to assist in the production of the system architecture and data model.
Assists in the vendor and product selection process and identifies new technologies and assists in the determination of support requirements. Also provides level 3 support services for regional and global business applications.
Serves in a lead capacity for Product Support Specialists.
Provide level 3 support for internal and external end users for PC, server, and mainframe application problems.
Defines deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI information.
Provide support for bid defenses and proposals.
Interact with software vendors, Infrastructure services, and/or Applications Development to restore service and/or correct core problems.
Communicate IT issues to business units at various levels of seniority.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of internal, external and off-the-shelf business applications with all ITand business groups.
Coordinate validation activities related to the deployment of business applications.
Produce and assist training and communication programs.
Coordinate with internal and external service providers in the area of incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported business groups.
Manage and support vendor contracts to established service level agreements.
Work closely with customers to identify business requirements and opportunities in relation to IT systems and services.
Identify and assess technologies, skills, and resources required.
Maintain knowledge of the IT industry, analyze the abilities of tools and technologies and compare with the needs of the business, recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
Support evaluations and procurement of new hardware

Opentext Content Server 10.5
Oracle experience querying DB for troubleshooting
Tomcat Experience
Solid technical background and experience
Possesses fine-tuned analytical skills and/or programming experience
Relational database experience
System deployment/implementation expertise
Possesses exemplary written and verbal skills
Possesses leadership and mentoring skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Management or business related fields preferred
5-7 years business experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
Extensive use of keyboard and mouse requiring repetitive motion of fingers and wrists
Regular sitting for extended periods of time
Occasional travel
May be required to perform duties outside working hours.
This will be managed according to the applicable country legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, and content marketing; using data, competitive research and customer insights to create a messaging strategy and content that clearly articulates the benefits of products and services while driving key performance metrics. This individual serves as a subject matter expert, editing and managing the work of agencies and external freelancers, as needed. The ideal candidate for this role is a high-energy, creative, motivated individual who demonstrates strong communication skills, concise and engaging writing, and the ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable and confident in engaging with anyone, ranging from junior employees to business leaders. A keen eye for detail is a must. Key Responsibilities of Role * Writes, edits and proofreads targeted, on-brand multichannel marketing content for initiatives that include websites, apps, emails, social media advertising, display advertising, paid search, and offline campaign pieces as needed * Creates compelling, creative content that captures the target audience's (e.g., healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients) attention and influences action, and edits content to ensure consistent quality, voice, messaging and brand adherence. * Create detailed plans for content creation to target key customer segments including template creation, publication schedules, editorial calendars, topic generation and messaging themes * Contribute to content strategy with collaboration from Marketing and Business Leaders * Overseeing and managing the voice of the content produced * Using appropriate metrics to monitor and improve traffic and user engagement * Managing, and hands-on when required, content distribution to online channels and social media platforms * Audit existing content to recommend tactics for improvement * Self-edit work for adherence to brand guidelines, AP/AMA styles, and digital content best practices * Edit work of teammates as needed * Understand and adhere to Global and internal regulatory affairs guidelines as they affect initiatives * Ensuring compliance with copyright law and data protection * Establish processes and procedures to ensure best practices and quality deliverables * Develop relationships and work collaboratively with Brand Team Directors and other key stake holders * Identify and manage relationships with digital and medical communications agencies and related Marketing services vendors, including project management, budget tracking and coordination of communication * Managing external content writers and proofreading, as needed Qualifications and experience required to perform the role * Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English or Journalism * Must have at least 3-5 years of content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing, or related agency experience * Healthcare and pharmaceutical experience preferred * Editing and proofreading * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills * Excellent knowledge of AP and AMA Styles * Proven experience with creative writing, copyediting, news writing, digital, and marketing * A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative, and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions. * Experience developing content calendars * Knowledge of digital content including CRM, email, SEO, social media, transactional content, content marketing, mobile trends, and emerging technologies * Project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Must be able to travel as needed, approximately 10% Skills, Capabilities and Personal Attributes * Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of the team to enable higher performance * Learns fast, grasps the "essence" and can change the course quickly where indicated * Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo * Creates a learning environment, open to suggestions and experimentation for improvement * Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures and manages innovation to reality * Demonstrates a bias toward action * Able to think and plan strategically and pull through the plans tactically Work Requirements Circassia is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
